Getting started with Knowledge Loader.

1. Install from AppExchange.
Install the managed package into the org where you manage Salesforce Knowledge. -
2. Assign permissions.
Grant the provided permission set to admins or Knowledge owners who will run loads. -
3. Prepare your data file.
Create a CSV/Excel file with columns matching the Knowledge fields you want to create or update. -
4. Configure a load job.
In Knowledge Loader, create a new job and map each column to a Salesforce field or category. -
5. Preview, run, review.
Run in preview mode, review the impact, then execute the change and validate records in Salesforce.
These steps can later link out to more detailed docs, screenshots, or examples if you choose to build a separate documentation site.
